The event brought together technology leaders from companies including Blackstone, Dolce&Gabbana, JPMorgan, Marsh Global, and The Clearing House for an evening centered on the relationship between technical debt, modernization, and AI readiness.

Representing Coderio were Javier López Ramos, Chief Executive Officer, and Fred Schwark, Chief Growth Officer, who led discussions around the operational and architectural barriers organizations face when integrating AI into enterprise environments.

During a curated whisky tasting experience featuring five selected labels, attendees exchanged perspectives on how technical debt quietly impacts scalability, slows innovation, and limits the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives.

The conversation also highlighted how organizations such as Visa, Coca-Cola, BBVA, and FedEx are approaching modernization strategies to strengthen the foundations required for sustainable AI adoption.

A recurring theme throughout the evening was that AI success depends on more than models or tooling alone. Long-term impact requires scalable architectures, operational alignment, and modern engineering foundations capable of supporting continuous transformation.
