Quintas addresses the ongoing debate around artificial intelligence and its impact on employment in the article. He challenges the overly simplistic narrative that AI will eliminate human labor and argues that the issue is far more nuanced.  

“The most simplistic discourse generates fear about the substitution of human labor and the elimination of jobs,” he explained. “But the issue is more complex—it’s about labor specialization and the profitability of the source of employment to be competitive in the market and survive.”
