Fred brings a unique combination of strategic vision and operational leadership. His career spans from leading combat operations in the U.S. Army to managing complex global operations and multi billion dollar commercial portfolios. Throughout that journey, he has consistently focused on one core principle: designing systems that perform and scale in high demand environments.

At Coderio, Fred will lead the next stage of our commercial expansion. As Chief Growth Officer, he will focus on strengthening our growth strategy and expanding how we connect our enterprise grade nearshore engineering teams with the evolving AI and data modernization needs of the US market.

His leadership will help accelerate our mission of delivering high quality technology solutions while continuing to scale our impact across industries.
