Anticipate Customer Losses and Improve Retention
Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola Andina is one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in Latin America, operating in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, the company is dedicated to producing, distributing, and selling Coca-Cola beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency. Its commitment includes resource optimization and adapting to the changing needs of the market to strengthen its position in the beverage industry.

The Project.

Coca-Cola needed a predictive tool to anticipate customer churn and manage the risk of abandonment. The goal was to implement an early warning system to identify risk factors and proactively reduce churn rates, optimizing retention costs and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Our Solution.

Coderio developed a churn prediction system based on machine learning, capable of identifying abandonment patterns up to 90 days in advance.

The model combines risk factor analysis and an early warning system, enabling Coca-Cola to anticipate potential customer losses and make informed decisions. The platform includes a real-time dashboard, facilitating the identification of specific causes and enhancing retention strategies in key sectors such as subscription services, telecommunications, and financial services.
